The development activities of acquiring requirement, signing contract, exchanging opinions and delivering product etc. are addressed by International Project Team at filiale. While system development and design work are fulfilled by Domestic Project Team in China headquarters which has a secured workplace environment, as consequence, all the confidential information of the clients could be protected effectively.
Pinesoft software project development team mainly consists of International Project Team and Domestic Project Team. Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing budget, quality, human resource distribution, controlling for rate of progress and communicating with clients and dealing with some other relevant affairs.
The international project team mainly consists of Cusotmer Project Manager (CPM), Business Analyst(BA) and Bridge Software Engineer (BSE) etc. The CPM takes charge of the Team which mainly provides on-the-spot services for international clients. The bilingual Bridge Software Engineer (BSE) communicates with foreign clients face to face, thus removes the language obstacle between clients and the Domestic Project Team. A Business Analyzer (BA) transfers the client's requirement into technical documents, and BA and BSE Both are supervised by a Client Project Manager (CPM) directly.
Domestic Project Team, which consists of System Architecture Engineer (SA) and several sub-teams headed by the sub team leaders (STLs), is responsible for development work. A sub-team is responsible for respective module development, while the STL supervises System Engineers (SEs), Programmers (PGs) and Testing Engineers (TEs). SE is responsible for internal function designs while PG for coding work and TE for module and integrated testing work. At the mean time, Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) monitors all the activities and development consequences for assuring all procedures, coding results in accord with the criteria, as well as the program codes in accord with quality requirement.
PM heads CPM and STL during the project lifecycle for assuring the process of project running smoothly.
